1. Who we are and what this policy covers

The website simplisisdesign.com, including its Thai pages under /th, is operated by Simplisis Co., Ltd. (“Simplisis”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Thailand, company registration no. 0825558000140, registered office 126/33 Moo 5, Ratsada Sub-district, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

This policy covers visiting the website, sending the contact form, and contacting us by email or phone after finding us here. Our Brand Care service for clients has its own privacy policy at brandcare.simplisisdesign.com/legal/privacy.

2. What we collect

What you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, company or brand, phone number, the service you are interested in, an estimated budget, when you would like to start, how you heard about us, and the project details you write. Only your name, email and project details are required; everything else is optional.

What you send us directly: the content of emails, messages or files you send when you get in touch.

What is collected automatically when you visit: the pages you view, time spent, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, approximate city or country, and your IP address. This is processed through cookies and similar technologies by the providers listed in section 5.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health, religion or biometric information, and we ask you not to include it in the form.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and discuss the project you asked about — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (PDPA section 24(3)).

To keep the website working and secure, including preventing spam and misuse — legitimate interests (section 24(5)).

To understand how visitors use the website and to measure our promotion — legitimate interests (section 24(5)), which you can object to at any time using the options in section 4.

To comply with the law — if an enquiry becomes a project, the data needed for the contract, invoices and tax is handled under that contract and Thai accounting and tax law (section 24(6)).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use contact form details to send newsletters or advertising you did not ask for.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary cookies make pages, the contact form and spam protection work.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics, installed through Google Tag Manager, gives us aggregate visit statistics.

Marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel helps us measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

Embedded project videos (Vimeo) and maps (Google Maps) may set their own providers’ cookies when they load.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Meta advertising in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the contact form from working.

5. Who receives data, and transfers abroad

Webflow, Inc. — hosts the website and stores contact form submissions — United States.

Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, reCAPTCHA (spam protection on the contact form), Google Maps, Google Fonts, and Google Workspace, the email system that receives form notifications — United States.

Meta Platforms — Meta Pixel — Ireland and United States.

Vimeo.com, Inc. — project videos on the website — United States.

Most of these providers are outside Thailand, so personal data is transferred abroad. We use providers with internationally recognised data protection measures and share only what each service needs (PDPA sections 28–29). Otherwise we disclose personal data to public authorities only when the law or a lawful order requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project: kept for no more than 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.

Enquiries that become a project: kept for the duration of the project; accounting and tax records are kept for the periods Thai law requires.

Visit statistics: kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics and Meta.

7. Your rights (PDPA sections 30–36)

Subject to the limits set by law, you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted or anonymised, restrict its use, object to its processing, have it transferred, and withdraw any consent you have given.

Send requests to the email address in section 10. We reply within 30 days and may first ask for information to confirm your identity. If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and contact form submissions are available only to the team members who need them to reply. No online system is completely secure, so if you need to share confidential business information, please tell us first so we can put a confidentiality agreement in place.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website’s services or the law change. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
